The sessions include a range of healing modalities such as theta healing, journey work, quantum jumping, non dual pointers and processes I learned to help me come back from the depths of darkness and depression.
Most sessions involve somatic body work, where I help you to tap into the innate wisdom and intelligence of your body to find your own answers to what is happening in your life. We will work with your spirit team and call in a different masters, beings and energies to help you get a resolution to whatever you bring to the session. The key element of my sessions is that you will receive the answers from your own wisdom and guides, not from what I tell you. This gives you a deeper sense of trust, connection and empowerment. Knowing that you have access to the guidance you need. You will also experience your own boundless, true nature, the fragrances of which include peace, love, joy and bliss.
