In 2006, my life took an unexpected turn, leading me from a successful career in marketing into a deep personal crisis. A series of life-altering events, including a health setback and job loss, plunged me into darkness and despair. Yet, it was through this profound struggle that I discovered the power of healing and transformation. My journey from the depths of depression to a life filled with purpose and light inspired the creation of my book, ‘You Are Already Free.’ This book is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the belief that we all possess the innate ability to find freedom and joy. Today, I dedicate my life to helping others discover their own path to liberation, sharing the lessons and insights that have guided me to a place of peace and fulfillment.

As Lao Tzu said ‘The Tao that can be spoken is not the eternal Tao.’ The truth of who you are is infinite and formless, like space and beyond limitation or labels. What ever is written about it is not it. A thousand sonnets from Shakespeare describing a beautiful and delicious strawberry would still not compare to one single taste. We all experience the truth of who we are in different ways, hopefully this will encourage you to search for, discover, taste and live yours…
